I'm participating in my country's philology contest and I need your help.

Good evening, reddit.I am a high school student from Lithuania, a Baltic country in the middle of Europe. This year I'm participating in my country's philology contest, from which, if I get in top 3 placings, I get 0,5 points for my university enrollment points. This year, unfortunately, even if I get high placings, it won't matter as much, because I need to be at least in 3rd high school year for the "prize" to count (it's a little complicated). But nonetheless, I still want to try my best to see if I even have a chance to compete next year against those five heads. The first stage of the competition is translating a self chosen text of literary from a preferred language (I chose English). First, the text must not be translated into my native language (Lithuanian (one of the oldest languages ever)). Second, it must be at least 7000 symbols long (there is no max count, so you guys can go out). Third, it must have an author. Fourth, my teacher must like it (she's picky).I am once again, asking for your literature support. Reddit has a big community of interesting people, so I'm writing this to ask, if you guys have any not or less translated texts of literary (in English), which I could use in the first stage of competition. I would really appreciate it.<3P.S. sorry for posting in meme community, didn't know where to post it elsewhere. via /r/funny https://www.reddit.com/r/funny/comments/pjvxtl/im_participating_in_my_countrys_philology_contest/?utm_source=ifttt
