I drove 2 hours out of my way, to hit the only marijuana dispensary in south-east Illinois, waited in a line of 100+ people for over 30 minutes, and didn’t see one person make it through the door (around 3 pm). It was fun listening to everyone around me swapping stories about dumb reasons they had gone to prison, but overall my impression of the second day of legal marijuana sales in Harrisburg Illinois is that the long lines are keeping us safe from a whole mob of losers.
